i need to create a collage out of this poem and the artist statement that follows please follow her instructions carefully thanks its not hard i just don’t have the time.
Shades of Red
Bold background,
splashes of scarlet,
Dantesque, it signals my
journey like van Gogh’s
The Night Café
deeper into the
blood canvas.
Lost for a moment,
then I shade
my eyes from
the loud glare,
pull away
from the primal
painting to sounds
of
earthy,
primitive
drumbeats
pounding
red
red
red
spinning
bare foot
arms outstretched
eyes closed in
ecstasy
I lose myself
to its primordial
power.
