After reading about the history of nonprofit governance in the United States (see below), what are the two or three things that really jumped out at you and why? Do any of these things that “jumped out at you” still exist and/or influence today in the boards you observe and/or hear about? This two part questions need to be answered in the most detailed professional manner please.
